Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: May be subject to a fee of 50%.
No-Shows: Will require a deposit to book future appointments.
Arrivals & Late Policy
To get the most out of your service, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule you to ensure our next guest isn’t kept waiting.
Children & Guests
To maintain our "soft luxury" atmosphere and for the safety of our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.
Our Furry Co-Worker
Shear Persuasion is a pet-friendly space and home to our beloved salon dog, Lily . She is well-trained, gentle, and part of our daily environment.
For the comfort and safety of all guests:
Lily is friendly but will only approach clients who welcome interaction.
She is fully vaccinated and regularly groomed.
She is supervised at all times.
If you prefer a dog-free appointment, please let us know in advance and we will happily accommodate you.
Guests with severe allergies or concerns are encouraged to notify us prior to arrival.
Our goal is for every guest to feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for during their visit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash. Please note that final pricing may vary from "starting at" rates based on hair length, density, and custom color requirements discussed during your consultation.

3. The Experience Enjoy a relaxing scalp massage at the sink and premium products tailored to your hair type. Whether you're here for lived-in color or seamless extensions, our goal is for you to feel pampered and heard.
4. The Home-Care Plan Before you leave, your stylist will walk you through the exact products and techniques needed to maintain your look at home. We want your "salon hair" to last until the moment we see you again.
5. Seamless Checkout No stress at the desk. We’ll help you get your next maintenance appointment in the calendar and get you on your way feeling confident and polished.
